“This is our third time in Ottawa, and third time coming to the Fairmount Chateau Laurier Gold Experience. The price might be a bit higher, but it’s totally worthy. The included meals are nothing less than excellent! Which allowed us to save money with meals outside. Combined with Expedia’s points, every cent was well spent. We’d be back one thousand times! The location is like no other! It’s literally next to Parliament Hill to one side, and Byward market to the other. Subway station is across……

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....”

“Hotel is too old and didn't have enough maintenance. Not so grand as expected. According to the interior condition, they seemed didn't concern the feeling of the customer. Won't not stay here again.”
