“The hotel's location is very good, all places you want to go are in the walking distance. The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Miss. Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. I certainly will visit again and introduce to my friends too. Thank you very much Divyaa. ”

“The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The food in Halo restaurant are very good. All staff are very nice and helpful, we must say thank you especially to a manager of Halo restaurant (we forgot to ask for her name). She is a very nice, many thanks for her arrangement on our breakfast time on the check out day. We are definitely will visit Dublin and stay in this hotel again. Super recommend to stay in this hotel.”

“We arrived around 3:30 and our room was not ready. We waited about 25 minutes for it to be cleaned then were given the key. The room was quite large and spacious including the bathroom. It smelled strongly of disinfectant but it may have been because it was just cleaned. The parking garage is very small and tight but convenient to the hotel. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if visiting Dublin. ”

“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“Excellent location and a room facing the courtyard was without noise. Hotel is right off the light rail/train line and also one block from the Ha'Penny pedestrian bridge with quick access to The Temple district. Staff were friendly and helpful although we never ate/drank at the hotel. The only complaint would be the size of the room--we're fine with a small room and expected that, but there was really only room for one suitcase.
