“Reserved my room sort of last minute, we were heading to Baltimore for the Ado concert and needed a good place to stay. Phenomenal customer service, the front desk associates were incredibly friendly, it was nice and quiet, the Internet was reliable and everything was easy to understand! We will be staying here again whenever we are in the area! ”

“The ac knob is broken instead of fixing it. I guess they rather come and stick a pencil in it to turn on. I'm sure this wasn't the first time. The bathroom walls paint is peeling off. The room was suppose to be non smoking. I don't smoke or drink and i can assure you. Somebody have smoked in that room. The room floor was sticky. The front desk lady was okay. The outside parking have trash laying around the building and be aware of nails. I got a flat. This location is close to the mall and……

“No toothbrush and shampoo, other than that everything is good”
