“We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to be attentive and helpful. Heidi was very good with recommendations and directions. The restaurant manager and staff were also awesome. Housekeeping was awesome as well -- as well attentive and accommodating our special needs. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed. My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“The breakfast was a great highlight, we found ourselves to be excited for what pastry selection we were going to be offered each day as they were one of the best we’ve had. Also, inside the hotel there is absolutely no issues with the noise from outside, at least in the room we were in, but the rooftop and as soon as you exit the hotel means that you entering a busy and touristy area.”

“我的房間樓下對正音響店，所以每天都好嘈好嘈，加上hostel本身亦好多party活動亦都好嘈好嘈，瞓咗四晚我覺得自己只係瞓到兩晚，睡眠嚴重不足。其他配套設施都可以。早餐一般因為我不喜歡吃麵包，只是想要水果多一點，他們都不給，很小家。 放食物到公用雪櫃要小心，因為我的Yogurt都俾人偷了。 我住的房間是男女混合，我覺得嗰啲人好冇品，長期關門都超級大聲製造噪音。 另外房間沒有冷氣抽風風扇，很熱出晒汗”

“La ubicación del hotel pareciera que no es un hotel pues esta ubicado en una especie de centro comercial, ya adentro el hotel muy lindo y limpio, no tienen aire acondicionado solo te dan ventiladores, no entra nada de sonido a la habitacion lo cual es bueno, los alrededores no son tan bonitos, y restaurante cerca casi no hay, eso si esta bien ubicado.”

“Nice and unique hotel, loved the complimentary coffee and alternating water/ soda/ alcoholic beverages in the lobby.the one issue I had was that I choose and paid full price for the balcony suite. Well I was expecting there is a balcony or a full size window resembling a balcony, I just wanted a room that looked like the picture for the “balcony suite” on Expedia . But I got 2 ordinary windows, one in each room. Not a big deal, but I paid for something I did not get. That was disappointing but……

“The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide good English service. Room service is thoughtful and change clean sheets everyday unlike in the US!!! It's a little inconvenient if you arrive late because the entrance to the lobby needs keycard to open, I arrived late and I couldn't get in and was lost for a while.”
