“I was completely satisfied. The bedding was comfortable and inviting. The room was quiet, the bathroom was perfect. The building is beautifully designed and interesting. There is great access to the city from the location. The breakfast was filling and reliably tasty. ”

“Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber, der viel über die Geschichte Bulgariens erzählen kann und auch gerne Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn/U-Bahn super zu erkunden.”

“Staff are wonderful the check-in was easy. The room was beautifully appointed and had modern facilities everywhere. I would’ve gotten a great night sleep except there was ruckus noise outside on the street which kept me awake. I also didn’t see any blackout curtains although there might’ve been, which meant that light was pouring into the room all night. I really love this hotel and will definitely come back and I hope they can sort out some of the problems. ”

“We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on……

“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”
