“Art Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. There is a parking lot nearby, but it would be better if they partnered with a specific parking facility to offer reasonable parking rates. There were no hotel slippers in my room— a small but important detail. As a result, it is a hotel where I would definitely want to stay again on my future visits to Sofia. I highly recommend it to everyone.”

“This was a nice, fresh, new hotel in Sofia, close to the main sights and with all the amenities travellers need. “We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on……
