“Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. I stayed in one of their suite and every 2 days they would bring me fresh fruits, making sure my water is topped up in the fridge & that my room is clean always. Their food is amazing, I wasn’t very keen on the breakfast but food its self is 👌. I would definitely book again &……

“这家酒店整体上看还是非常不错的！位置佳，闹中取静；服务好，热情周到；周边环境也不错，在哈拉雷属于相对理想的入住选择。 不足之处：1、酒店电梯少，电梯故障颇多（我们入住的时段有此问题），高峰时需要等很久才能坐上电梯；2、酒店同标准的不同房间配置标准不一，有的房间好，有的房间差一些。”

“It was a great location, easy to walk to church, shopping and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I plan to stay there again when I return to Harare if possible.”

“Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. ”

“酒店周围嘈杂，电梯3部坏两部，高原地区天天爬楼梯，装修打电钻让人无法休息，22点之前无法入睡！服务人员英语差，微信有许多限制，不能传送图片。”

“基本OK，在哈拉雷算比较好的了。但是跟国内比，也就三星级的水准。只是相对性价比不高。”
