“客房大，乾淨，離火車站近，距市中心也不遠，挺方便，但床有點塌，睡起來不舒服”

“Upon getting to our room on the third floor, we found it extremely hot. We contacted the front desk and learned air-conditioning on property was turned off for the season on October 1st. The staff was exceptional and put us in a room on the 1st floor which was much cooler. The hotel staff was exceptional and the hotel was clean, in a great location. The issue with the air conditioning seemed to be with Expedia's knowledge of the property, and not the hotel.”

“Had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was quiet as it was not facing the street but the location of the hotel was perfect since it was on the street with all restaurants and cafés, and just across the streets there are the ferries to the Île de Ré. The staff was superfriendly and helpful and gave me some local tourist information as well. I spent one night only, but can't be happier with the choice of this hotel.”

“Met by a lovely receptionist who came out to help with luggage. Room good size and cleaned to high standard Breakfast was a fabulous contintal with freahly squeezed orange juice. All staff extremelly helpful and offered good advice on where to visit and eat!”
