“Really lovely old hotel in a quiet spot just outside La Rochelle’s old town. Everything’s within walking distance, which made it very convenient. Our room on the second floor was big, clean, and comfortable, with a street view. The garden out back is a great place to relax. We didn’t use the spa or restaurant, but the reception staff were helpful throughout our stay.”
