“I stayed recently with my son and his friend, this was a great place to come back to for relaxing in the evening, we spent the days out hiking the nearby areas. This area and this cabin are absolutely great getaways. The host, Cristian was super friendly and professional and made it a super smooth process. My highest recommendation, if you’re planning to be in the Cherry Log-Blue Ridge area. Everything was as advertised, we all had separate beds and the couch was great as well, exceptionally……

“What a perfect getaway! We stayed here with multiple families and the layout is very well designed to provide privacy while still keeping very comfortable gathering areas for socializing. The kids loved the gaming area downstairs. The adults loved the well appointed kitchen/grill with a view. We enjoyed the short drive to the town of Blue Ridge and to Blairsville for some good eats & shopping. The star of the show was definitely the lake! “We had a great stay at Linda’s place. Check in was simple. We asked about early check in but it wasn’t available however Brandon offered a great option for lunch to kill some time in Ellijay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful - we enjoyed seeing all of the deer! The cabin was clean and stocked with all the necessities. Our kids loved the pool and playing in the creek at the picnic area near the walnut mountain entrance. ”

“Great cabin with plenty of room close to blue ridge. Everything you need for a nice stay in Blueridge. Quite dead end road which made sitting by the fire at night ideal. Listing said there was no dishwasher but there was one which was a nice surprise. To access the basement with the 3rd headroom you have to go outside down some deck stairs. Not a huge issue but a little different. ”

“Right at the front of the entrance to the property. It is a wonderful little home with just enough space if you are planning to be busy, busy, which we always are when in the area. There were children in the area, everyone was courteous while driving in and out of the front gate. It felt like such a safe environment. The code lock to get in was simple and perfect for coming and going and getting in later in the evening on the Friday that we arrived. We stayed with 4 adults and a 3 year old.……

“We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Home was clean and there are some great views off of the back porch. If you like quiet solitude, this is the place. The gravel/dirt road coming in for 2 miles can be rough in spots, so take it slow especially in a vehicle with little ground clearance. A handy tip from me is save the house address in Google Maps in case you leave then come back after dark. When you turn onto the road coming back after dark leave your phone screen on to follow the blue……

“The location was fabulous with easy access to the river. We took a 1 1/2 hour kayak run using the owners kayaks and ending right at the house. Fabulous! The interior was the cleanness we’ve ever experienced with any short term rental. The decor is not our style. There was a lot of what we think is excess furniture and decor items. The location right on the river and cleanliness of the interior including no dust even on all that decor made it well worth the slight nuances with the dated……
