“What an amazing property. In the middle of a giant coldsnap and frozen winter, it served as a place of serenity to get away from the business of everyday life. Even under the weather conditions, this place was a true marvel. Full of peace and nature, it blew us away. Highly recommend going at anytime of the year as host is amazing and communication and helping your stay become magical. ”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful lake front. We liked it so much, we didn’t want to leave, we decided to contact the Host to see if we could stay one more night. She was very accommodating and we stayed the extra night, it was the cherry on top to our week long vacation. The view of the lake and sky are breathtaking. My husband and I 100% recommend this place and will try to go back in the next years to come. If you are considering to be away from a busy city and enjoy……

“We really enjoyed staying in the VRBO rental in Thunder Bay. The aoartment was well laid out and the furniture very comfortable. We really enjoyed theFinnish pancakes with berries and whio cream. Taina and Mike were great hosts. Thank you so much for the ease in accessing your site . The tv channels and the alexa pod were bonus features. When we are in Thunder Baynext time, we will check to see if we can rent your VRBO apartment again. ”

“I was amazed by how quiet the place was! Very easy to get around Thunder Bay. Close to anything you need. Very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!”

“My stay was lovely. The area was nice and easy to get to. The people in the area were very friendly and the people who run the cafe on the main floor were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is the selection of tv channels. It was a Roku tv, thus limited in what to watch.”

"As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned back the deposit to my account, she was told it would back to my credit card. I have never used my credit card there? She continued to say my debit card was a credit card in same. I have no time to continue this silly conversation. Please offer the reception staffs more training about how to communicate with the customers and their knowledge too. Thanks."
