“酒店总体不错，有很棒的死海海滩，工作人员也挖了死海泥来给我们，酒店里有死海热水池，对冬天是个福音。阳台上观景很棒。房间稍微旧了。 早餐味道真心一般般，晚餐还不错，居然有鹅肝，这个出乎我的意料了。”

“We were woken up at 5am with by a huge cockroach crawling up our childrens curtain divider , when I tried to contact the reception there was no answer. I tried going to the front desk but there was no one on call. I spoke to the head of security that was at the entrance of the hotel but he said there is nothing he can do. Only at 7 o'clock the workers started their shifts, at 7 the man at the ground desk said he will send someone shortly, by this time we had packed our bags and woken up the……

“It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too……
