“Very good location near the beach and stores, but it's one-way street not so convenient. Room is too stuffed, even elevators, TV and bathroom are also small, but the bed is very big. Great breakfast and cool bar, but waiters always come to ask for tips, which makes a little uncomfortable. We added one more night, but the rate went up without informing us in advanced. They even asked us to check out first and re-checked in. We almost needed to move rooms around. They said the couldn't accept……

“Perfect place to stay while in Tel Aviv. From making massage reservations before we arrived to ensuring a cab was waiting for us to return to the airport - staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We loved the Israeli wines and coffee bar available 24/7, the generous breakfast buffet with extended hours, our lower level room was extremely quiet and had a lovely patio, and most importantly we felt safe even in these turbulent times. ”

“Great location. Only complaint is that early in the morning at 7 am I wanted to shower and there was no hot water. Apparently the heater was off and it took a while for the water to become hot. In a hotel of this caliber, the heater should always be on so there’s always hot water.”

“The hotel staff are nice and very helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. Hot shower all the time and good flush. Good and quiet airconditioning, heat or cool. Walking from the hotel, 5 mins to Carmel market and some great breakfast restaurants along the Allbeny street, 10 to 15 mins from big supermarkets, 20 mins to Central bus station(5 mins by taxi) where you can take sheruts or bus to Jerusalem and buy local data simcards with good price. I took a taxi from hotel to airport with no traffic……

“The hotel is roughly 30 mins walk from the central train station which was still manageable. Just 5 mins walk to the beach and I enjoyed a stroll there very much. It was an amazing experience from the moment of checking-in, surprised by coffee and snack. The happy hour, consisting of selection of canapes and wine was certainly a delight. Room was spacious and complimentary amenity kit was given. In-room Jacuzzi was wonderful. Watching sunset at the rooftop was also enjoyable. Breakfast was truly……
