“We booked this location for several reasons. 3 of us traveling, we each have pets and they were very accommodating. Because of it's location, beach access was easy as well as food and supplies. We will definitely book with them again. ”

“View is fabulous. Beach access is nearby. The condo looks better than in the photos with the exception of the downstairs bedroom which is quite small with no closet. There was a cart available right at the elevator which allowed us to unload all our stuff in one trip. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need for cooking. Decor, including dishes, glasses is very beachy. ”

“I was joined by my daughter and granddaughter who is one and a half at this lovely beach. Stay with only a few minute walk directly to the ocean and access to all of the local amenities, stores and restaurants, and a playground and an art festival. The accommodations in the room were excellent, some of the most comfortable Mattresses and pillows, kitchen stocked with all we needed to cook at home, great parking, absolute ease and beautiful views, couldn’t have asked for more!”

“Phenomenal location. Only 1/2 mile walk on the beach from eateries and attractions. Quiet neighborhood in a quiet town. Host is proactive, easy to contact, and quick to reply. Would absolutely stay again.”

“The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. ”

“The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. It’s not fancy but it is clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is across the street from the beach and can easily walk to restaurants, etc. Also, communication with host is easy thru text. Checkin instructions were emailed with the code and the checkout instructions were simple. Highly recommend. ”

“The pictures do not do justice. This rental was more than just delightful and accommodating. 10/10 for cleanliness, everything was immaculate and fresh! Extremely well stocked, with more than you would expect, plus items you may have overlooked when packing for your trip. Excellent and prompt communication with James.
