“We rented this home as a weekend get away from the chaos of working two jobs and finally having a weekend off. The home is beautiful and holds lots of charm. However we had one major complaint and one minor disappointment. The height of the tubs in both bathrooms makes it VERY difficult to navigate. Our daughter has a disability and getting in and out of this tub to shower was not something she could do. If you find it difficult to get in and out of a standard size tub I wouldn’t recommend this……

“This was our third year at this home for a family vacation. We love the great room! There are two bedrooms downstairs which is perfect for a family with young children, giving them separation and privacy. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is awesome, one block to downtown and five blocks to the beach. The host is always quick to respond and accommodating. ”

“The condo was very nicely decorated and well maintained. It is a new listing, so there were a couple minor issues but the owner was very responsive and addressed them immediately. It has a nice courtyard out back and would have been nice to have a grill to cook out. The condo was overall very clean but the cleaning staff did miss a few minor things. “Our children can’t stop talking about this house. They want to take all our family back. It’s placed perfectly near the beach, manzanita is an adorable town, it was extremely clean, including the hot tub! The put put golf in the backyard was so fun. We will be coming back!”

“When going to bed the first night all the beds sheets were full of sand and dirt. A few of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty when pulled out. We used the wash machine to wash all the sheets the next day. Those were the only real issues. Location was great. Check in was easy. Information chain was easy. Oh there is a septic smell intermittently coming from under front deck. Thank you for the accommodations. ”
