“This older home has a nice location and all of the basic amenities. There are not any frills, extras, or anything super memorable. The furniture was pretty old, but comfy enough. I was happy that they had ground coffee available, and my kids were thrilled that there was a collection of books on the shelves. ”

“Three generations of our family gathered here for a rainy visit to the coast. The house was beautiful. We especially appreciated the open floor plan with a cozy fireplace. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was spotless when we arrived. We easily walked to the beach and on a nearby nature trail. We hope to return. ”

Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms lots of utensils, spices, and amenities like towels, sheets, pillows. Having multiple kitchens was great. We really had a ball. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is that the property is on the older side. Other than that it was awesome. ”

“Overall impression was very good. Very nice view and beach access. Very clean, no bad smells.Hot tub was not working properly and failed to heat enough to enjoy. The cover was not fastened down properly which allowed alot of sand and debris to blow into the tub during the storm.BBQ was pushed around deck and had to be brought inside to prevent damage to the home. This also happened at 3am. It could have been prevented by having it secured to the railing.Normally, I wouldn't expect to wash……

“The view and the sunsets were amazing. The place was nice decorated, clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation. I stopped at the Safeway in Lincoln City and stocked up on food, there is only one grocery store in Pacific City. The kitchen was very functional.”

“Perfect home for a family gathering over the holidays. Very clean, high quality furniture, lots of helpful amenities and supplies (three dishwashers!), and ample space for everyone. The host was extremely responsive to every question we had including technical questions as well as shipping back a forgotten item. Only small gripe was that a few things from the listing were not available/operational when we arrived (eg, fire pit was unavailable, mini splits in several bedrooms not working, no ping……

“The home was lovely and suited our family well. Lots of spaces to spread out with the three levels. I appreciated the updated decor and good kitchen amenities. One suggestion would be to have the heat turned up a bit before an arrival. It was chilly and we had coats on for lots of the first day!One complaint- and I’m not sure what anyone could do about it- There was a very pungent odor mostly near the entry and laundry room. It was VERY nasty and even woke us at night! We thought it was possibly……
