“We’ve stayed at the Crossways several times over the past 5 years and have ALWAYS had a pleasant stay however, on this occasion although the accommodation was the usual high standard the food in the restaurant was very poor, we did mention this so the staff were aware, the food was poorly presented and quite chewy (I’m particularly talking about the lasagne) the gluten free options for my mother were limited (no gf bread/bun) they used do amazing chunky chips but are now soggy fries, I’m not……

“Staff were extremely welcoming and hospitable. Room was excellent, nice bed and bed linen, extremely clean and warm - provided everything you might need in way of tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Excellent TV with all the stations. Stay included breakfast, we only had the continental as had an early departure but hot breakfast was also available. Would highly recommend.”

“Hotel is on seafront with some parking, rooms are good size and clean, staff are brilliant. breakfast is a bit late from 8am but they will do a takeaway. would stay again.”

“Good welcome, nice room,lovely pool. Lovely large bed, but sadly very small sheets that didnt even cover the mattress- surely thats basic? Very disappointed at what was very sloppy housekeeping. ”
