“We stayed 8 nights. Excellent in every respect!! Suite was very large and perfect for family of 3 or 4. Excellent personable service by the staff with daily housekeeping. Extremely quiet due to soundproofed windows as you are in the flight path of Frankfurt airport. “The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.”

“I stayed for 1 week, however the first day and last day were booked separately. on 10th and 11th, the housekeeper wanted to do the cleaning at unusual time, 8 in the morning (and the check-out time is 11am, and my check-out date is on 12th) and on 11th the housekeeper disposed all my things on the desk and baged all my things from bathroom.
