“This has to be the nicest property we have stayed at in Portland to date. We have traveled to PDX for 5-6 months of total cumulative stays over the years, but had never tried this hotel. To say we were delighted and impressed is an understatement! The staff, first and foremost, are world class, friendly and attentive. They have a way of making you feel like the only person in the hotel, even if they are helping dozens of people each day! The room, wow. We stayed in the premier corner king……

“入住時發現膠囊咖啡機裡面還有殘水沒有倒掉，三顆膠囊也少了中間那顆沒補，house keeping還有進步空間。”

“Adorable Tiny Digs! We thought we’d give it a try. Cute tiny trailers built and decorated into tiny themed rooms. Just a different “little” experience for a one night stay near the Hawthorne neighborhood in Portland. Lots of cute little PROs and not too many CONs. PROs; Our tiny digs (Merlot) was clean, cute, very comfortable. You’re in a locked, fully fenced, secure lot in case you’re worried about that. Tons of great restaurants around in walking distance. We ran into the grounds/house keeper……

“KEX is a great, central location and in a safe neighborhood. I was traveling solo for work and felt very comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant/bar, sauna, and price options for all budget types. The hotel has a deal with Knot Springs, 1 block away, which I took advantage of. ”

“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……
