“The location was amazing. The cottage was cute, cozy, well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. Falling asleep to the waterfall sounds was similar to sleeping to ocean waves. Next time we visit NH we will certainly try to stay here again. ”

“Great cottage for my family. It had everything we needed to live for the week we stayed. After i made a mistake for booking, Dan made sure we were all set for payment and it was no problem. I would highly recommend this property.”

“Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. ”

“This property was perfect for us. My wife and 2 sons had a fantastic time. We were in New Hampshire for my sons college graduation. It was perfect for us. We had a beautiful weekend on the lake. It could not have been better!! Thank you for the memories!!”

“Our kids said the beds were the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept on, with the coziest blankets. The cabin was warm, cozy, and homey. Host was very nice and communication was timely and helpful. Beautiful view on the lake. Close to all amenities, shopping, and grocery stores.”

“The location was great just off highway with town down the road for food gas etc. Owner provided everything possible for stay. Stayed in touch throughout to check on any needs. The road to the cabin was dirt and had some serious ruts but that wasn’t her responsibility. Entry would be iffy for mobility impaired. Tub could use a grab bar. Otherwise a great stay. ”

“We were in the area visiting family. The property is very nicely redone, very comfortable beds and has a beautiful view. Only suggestion would be that it could use a good deep cleaning. ”

“Stayed four nights. Perfect weather and the foliage was fabulous.The cottage was ideal for us. Tastefully decorated and everything labeled. Wish we lived closer so we could go again in other seasons.”

“This is a lovely cabin and the owners seem nice, but it needs a new cleaning plan. After arriving to a dirty microwave, dog food on the floor, a dirty floor, a moldy shower curtain, cobwebs over the table, etc… I did some digging on other sites to see people’s comments and they were the same. The owner’s response to them and to me was that it was professionally cleaned (if this is true, they need to be fired) and that he would talk to them. Well, nothing seems to have changed since the same……

“Me and my family had a pleasant experience at Anna’s house we had everything we could have needed she went the extra mile to make sure she thought of everything. She answered me right away if I needed something. The house was so cute and well put together me and my husband stayed in the master bedroom and it had an adjustable bed which made it comfortable for how me and my husband sleep. It was so beautiful waking up in the morning to the view of the lake. We will definitely be staying with her……

“I was in Dublin visiting my daughter who goes to high school here and it was the perfect place for me to stay and she stayed with me two nights. The owner thought of everything you would need. It was super clean and everything looked brand new. Really well decorated. The owner was super helpful and I’m sure I’ll be back before my girl graduates. Highly recommend!”

“A lovely patina from years of caring use, authentic, genuine, simple and very comfortable. Well equipped, everything works. Screen porch is perfect. Dock and shoreline easy and very pretty, perfect for kayaks/canoes. We look forward to a future stay!”
