“Stayed in the winter, place got a bit cold (it does not have central heat). Wasn’t a lighter or enough firewood for our stay but the host brought a lighter and more wood. Beautiful pond in the back and the location is good, with easy access to the highway. Neighbors were close by, we were asked to turn off the outdoor light because it was shining into their house. Cottage was clean. There are security cameras outside. Overall it is a cozy place to stay in a good area. ”

“Great cottage for my family. It had everything we needed to live for the week we stayed. After i made a mistake for booking, Dan made sure we were all set for payment and it was no problem. I would highly recommend this property.”

“We had a great time! The property fit all our needs for a winter ski trip. We have the Epic ski pass and were looking for a location to get us to some mountains that accept this pass. Mount Sunapee was a quick 15 minutes from the property and Crotched Mountain was 45 minutes. We enjoyed skiing at both! When we were not skiing, the cottage was a warm place to relax as a family. It had all the amenities we needed. We would consider visiting again in the summer to check out the lake!”

“Our kids said the beds were the most comfortable beds they'd ever slept on, with the coziest blankets. The cabin was warm, cozy, and homey. Host was very nice and communication was timely and helpful. Beautiful view on the lake. Close to all amenities, shopping, and grocery stores.”

“This lake house has it all. Views, nature, wildlife and so many things to do. Kayak, paddleboard, fishing, boating and so much more! Highly recommend! The host is top notch! ”

“The location was great just off highway with town down the road for food gas etc. Owner provided everything possible for stay. Stayed in touch throughout to check on any needs. The road to the cabin was dirt and had some serious ruts but that wasn’t her responsibility. Entry would be iffy for mobility impaired. Tub could use a grab bar. Otherwise a great stay. ”

“I was in Dublin visiting my daughter who goes to high school here and it was the perfect place for me to stay and she stayed with me two nights. The owner thought of everything you would need. It was super clean and everything looked brand new. Really well decorated. The owner was super helpful and I’m sure I’ll be back before my girl graduates. Highly recommend!”

“Me and my family had a pleasant experience at Anna’s house we had everything we could have needed she went the extra mile to make sure she thought of everything. She answered me right away if I needed something. The house was so cute and well put together me and my husband stayed in the master bedroom and it had an adjustable bed which made it comfortable for how me and my husband sleep. It was so beautiful waking up in the morning to the view of the lake. We will definitely be staying with her……

“Almost every window had a crack or a hole, patched only with clear tape. Some windows had no panes, just the storm windows to keep out weather. The "queen" bed is an uncomfortable full mattress on a queen frame - that's squeaks horribly every time you move. The couch bed was also very uncomfortable. The previous guests did not follow the checkout procedure and no one else ever fixed it b/c there was hair on the pillowcases when I arrived, indicating the beds were slept in and not remade with……

“A lovely patina from years of caring use, authentic, genuine, simple and very comfortable. Well equipped, everything works. Screen porch is perfect. Dock and shoreline easy and very pretty, perfect for kayaks/canoes. We look forward to a future stay!”

“We were very disappointed with this listing. The listing photos seem very old. The house smelled damp and like mildew. Fans had to be kept running and it really didn't help. There was food left in the refrigetator and in the cabinets. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. We had to search for towels. There were clothes in the closets. It was like someone was living there and just got out for the weekend. We did not fell very comfortable there.”
