“What a pleasant surprise my stay was. That apartment is vertually brand new. It has all the features needed for a pleasant stay. Near full size refrigerator, plenty of hot water, full bath, well stocked kitchen, big screen tv, comfortable bedroom. Separate entrance to unit Perfect for one or two people. I would have stayed longer if it had been available. Its located in a suburban street a bit away from shopping but an easy drive there and into town. I met the host and he was a lovely……

“Wonderful and relaxing spot, perfect for our vacation. The host was very welcoming and friendly, my dog Olive made herself at home instantly. Walking down to the ocean at sunrise and sunset was the highlight, not to mention the blueberry pie! A must stay, my dog didn't want to leave. ”

“Nice quiet place to lay your head. Window air conditioner was a little loud but if you run it early enough it cools the bedroom nicely and the room stays cool through the night. ”

“Nous avons passé un beau séjour, l’endroit est confortable, le lit aussi et nous avons apprécié le Walkout. Toutefois il manque quelques éléments qu’on aurait apprécié pour y manger : grille-pain, cafetière, lavette pour la vaisselle,… Je l’ai remarqué trop tard pour que notre hôte puisse y remédier mais je lui en ai fait part. J’y retournerais avec plaisir.”

“The host was super accommodating and answered all questions in a timely manner. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice shower and laundry facilities. ”

“Property was great, things i needed a step to get into bed im short 5’2’ a tea pot and kettle, we used a pot and we always bring our own tea. We made do. Everything was high end , beautiful to see deer in the morning, ”

“Everything was exactly as advertised! The Coven is decorated perfectly and the hosts were very responsive! We were 5 sisters so we used the cot and it was very comfortable as were the beds. The host was very thoughtful as there was a little gift for each of us upon our arrival. The location is perfect for visiting downtown Saint John within walking distance to shops, restaurants and markets.”

“Nice affordable apartment. Properly alerted potential renters of steps to reach apartment. Aside from bathroom apartment was very well cleaned. Tub and floor in bathroom were not adequately cleaned - hair on floor and in tub. Not at all fancy but a very nice basic no-frills apartment at a reasonable cost. Owner was an excellent communicator.”
