“Stayed for business, having been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely. Well maintained with very good facilities including the Brasserie and more casual sports bar. The only minor issue was the lack of an iron and board in my room, and the air conditioning set rather low. The latter didn't really matter as the bed was very warm and comfortable.”

“Property was not ready for us when we arrived, microwave smelled, and dishwasher doesn’t work and smells really bad needs some urgent attention, grass in garden not cut so kids could not play in it, However when reporting the state of the property I.e beds not made and towels still left in the bath and shower cleaners worked around the clock to get beds sorted and clean towels thank you cleaners you did an amazing job really appreciate your efforts getting the situation resolved, we were still……

Having the suite was a real treat although a shelf or platform by the freestanding bath and extra toiletries would have been nice. The property is ideal for an exclusive break but looking a bit tired in places, they could make much more of the gardens, which looked rather unkept, but perhaps the time of year was a factor.
