“My wife and I stayed for a few days. We love downtown Nevada City and you really can’t be any closer with this stay. So convenient to be able to pop in and out while enjoying all of what downtown has to offer. Apartment was very clean and new, great kitchen all new appliances. ”

“Cute and cozy property, perfect for my sister and I. It was close to the highways, a decent price, stayed cool during very hot weather, also very quiet. I was surprised at the size of the tiny kitchen but it had everything we needed. I wasn't expecting to walk through the front door into a bedroom but it worked out fine. We would stay again. ”

“This 39 acres is so delightful to explore. Everyday we would experience a morning walk to a pond and then further on to a lovely walk in the woods with the sound of the running creek. Our first evening there we got to see out the window a deer and rabbits enjoying their evening meal. This is one of the most restful places we have ever stayed. The apartment was truly comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice after our hikes to return to the air conditioned room to cool……

“Situated in Butney Springs, this was a great place to stay while I visited family. The property owners were very nice and friendly. The property grounds were being improved, with good progress made while I was there. There was no stress, plenty of space to sit outside and relax to listen to birds sing. The sauna, shower and tub were available to reserve. The outside shower was great for the early evening hours. There was a resident dog to pet. There is a bit of a walk to the round house with the……

“We used this cabin as part of a larger wedding weekend group. It is close to the hotel and the beautiful reservoir nearby. It is a peaceful area in the middle of a forest. The cabin was clean and the bed comfortable. If we are in the area again, we would stay here again.”
