“The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay!”

“The cottage was lovely. Very clean with everything we needed, and even free snacks. ”

“Property had everything you need for an out of the way getaway in the mountains — little gems everywhere we looked. Need a hammock, they’ve got it; want to play an old or new album, yep a turntable too; and much more. Kitchen was great with coffee grinds ready and all. Kids loved the space for playing games and relaxing after a day out and about in the mountains. Master suite was away from kids rooms for a nice space to ourselves. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning to yourselves……

Despite the small space, it felt open and airy thanks to the clever layout and large windows that brought in lots of natural light.The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals, and the outdoor area was a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. It was so quiet and relaxing—exactly……

“We came to Grass Valley because both granddaughters were graduating from college. We needed a place for all of us to gather and share a meal. This location was perfect. We were able to walk most places and enjoy good restaurants. Would use this location again.”
