“We had a nice family vacation here. We enjoyed the kayaks and peaceful time near the water. The kids had fun playing. The house was comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with cookware. We enjoyed watching the pelicans swim by, too. We appreciated the many little touches that made the place so comfortable. Would recommend!”

“We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was very clean. Amenities were excellent. We were in town to visit Our Lady of Champion Shrine which was just a short drive away. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning outside in the comfortable chairs right by the water. I especially loved watching the pelicans. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The owners were attentive to our needs if necessary. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage and we will definitely revisit.”

“The location was fantastic! Steps to the beach. We watched fireworks from our porch. My favorite place was the enclosed porch. ”

“Its a perfect place to stay inside out. Beautiful rooms, well equipped kitchen and a stunning backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. Do not miss the perfect sunrise and full moon views from the backyard. Its altogether memorable experience to stay in this place.”

“Overall, a very nice property. Updated amenities, comfortable space and right on the river, which was great. Two small frustrations - there were no toiletries in the house (body wash, shampoo, etc) which we have come to expect with rental properties like this. We had to go and buy our own. Second, there were quite a few flies in the house when we got there. We were able to get rid of them but it was a bit of a hassle. ”

“This property was clean, stocked with everything you need and the host was very accommodating! We brought our 9 yr old and 1 year old to visit family for the holiday and the host personally brought over baby toys and a crib for us and had it set up for us when we got there. Happy we found this place and will stay again. ”
