“The cottage was beautifully located on the property with views over the farm. Our hosts were very welcoming. Our stay was very relaxing and would we would have loved to stay a few more days to soak up the country atmosphere.”

“Great location, very comfy and huge amount of space. Small points - but bedrooms could do with some lamps/bed light and a colander would be amazing for the kitchen. We were unlucky with building works going on next door so the 6am wake-up was a little bonkers! But this is a terrific place stay in Dubbo! ”

“Lovely little cottage in Broke. Clean and comfortable. Soft bed with good pillows. Lovely freshly baked bread and brownies left by the owner with other breakfast foods which was a lovely surprise. The only think i didnt like was the shower as it was very small and im not a fan of waterfall shower heads. Didnt get to use the spa or games room but it looked great”
