“My partner and I could not recommend this place more! It is secluded, yet a comfortable walk into town. The surrounding bushland and river make for such a beautiful location. The hosts couldn’t have been more wonderful and accommodating, we didn’t arrive until later in the evening and they had set the fire up for us, making the cottage warm, cosy and so inviting from the get-go. The cottage was well stocked with seasonings, tea, coffee and cooking essentials - making home cooking easy and……

“We had an absolutely beautiful weekend at Manzanilla Ridge. Thank you to Dominic and Jane. Its secluded, with some resident kangaroos and plenty of birds. Easy access to the Hunter Valley. Highly recommended!”

“Lovely stay in beautiful grounds it was great to have a place to relax with a fire and a glass of wine. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable and an added bonus of kangaroos hanging out on the driveway ”

“It was beautiful and quiet and even though I booked for the wrong 2 nights, I was able to be accommodated with no trouble. Lovely, cheerful hosts. Would recommend for proximity to places in Pokolbin like Hope Estate, wineries, markets.”

“My family are having a very happy time here. It's a truly beautiful, peaceful place. As soon as my daughters got here they screamed because they loved it!! The sunset here was fantastic. My teenage daughters, my dog Winnie, and my husband and I had a very peaceful and relaxing time. For city dwellers, a place like this is a much-needed escape. Elena was also very friendly and easy to contact, so there were no inconveniences.”
