“This villa is everything you see in the pics and it is VERY clean. It was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend! Easy check in instructions, nice amenities on site. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while we did a quick load of laundry too. The furniture and beds are comfortable (the kids said the pullout sleeper was great too). Thank you! ”

“I like the quiet and peaceful setting the place was a litte smaller than it sounded, the people were friendly and kind if i was to do this again i would perfer bigger accommodations . I enjoyed the pool & hottub we had a very good stay”

“Our stay was amazing! The views were gorgeous, and the place was super clean. The beds were really comfy, and there were plenty of plush towels, which was great.The kids really enjoyed the snacks and chocolates left out for us—such a nice touch! The only bummer was that the grill was still in storage for the winter.Overall, it was a fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely recommend it!”

“Had a great stay here, for a couple nights, when in town for a fowoods show. The place is very clean and well kept. The apartment building itself was a bit hard to find, but that's not the fault of the owner, a tip from me, look at the map to help you ahead of your stay. There's only 1 small sign with the overall building number, made it a bit difficult to find. The ammenties included of pool and hot tub were great and so close to the apartment. Also very clean and well kept, couldnt……

“We enjoyed our stay at Rosewood Villa. The cabin was in great condition, new equipped, great WiFi and with pleasant scent of wood! The communication with the PMR staff was excellent, they were very friendly and quick with responding to questions. The ski area of Loon Mountain is easy reachable. We can highly recommend!”

“This villa was perfect for our bachelorette! Check-in was super easy, the house was spacious and clean with comfy beds, and Natalia was a communicative host who helped make our weekend feel special. “We had an awesome stay! The cabin was just as pictured and immaculately clean. The location was great for a ski weekend at Bretton Woods and drinks/dinner at the Omni Mt. Washington just a few minutes down the road. Bobbi-Sue was incredibly responsive and so accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and the PMR staff is so pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get away.”
