“We did our research and knew what to expect when it came to showers, electricity, etc. Staff was excellent - very accommodating. We would stay at Under Canvas again. Only slight negative, we underestimated the number of families with small children. ”

The nature is very beautiful and the air is very fresh. But I suggest coming when the weather is warm because it's too cold to swim or row a boat”

“After walking around the quaint town of Wilmington, we couldn't decide where to go for dinner. We went to the bar to taste test the beer and ended up ordering a pizza. The bartender gave us ice to take upstairs. The building is an older building and has many eccentricities. We loved staying here and will stay again if in the neighborhood.”

“Beds were great, everything is new. Kitchenette is convenient. Convenience store right next door. I messaged that stairs are a problem and they called and emailed that we would be on the first floor. Not much room in the bathroom, only sink is part of kitchenette, but there is counter space for toiletries there.”

“This resort was a pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting a permanent home when I come back to Lake George. The room was impeccable. Clean and just beautiful with a little view of the lake from a large size balcony with a hige high top table. The bed was soooo comfortable I wanted to take it home with me. Bathroom jacuzzi was great, water pressure all of it no complaints. There’s an outdoor pool that leads into the indoor pool. It rained on our last day while we were in the outdoor pool and……
