“The inside of the house and backyard were exactly as it appeared on listing. Comfortable beds, very clean, master suite on one side of living/kitchen/dining and other two bedrooms/bathroom on opposite side. Alarm was going off when we arrived but was able to get it to stop pretty quickly. Nice to be able to park in garage and come and go from there. The neighborhood is pretty run down and house next door was a little sketchy. Just know that when you book and compare to other homes at same price……

“This is by far one best vacation rentals we have stayed in! My wife needed a place to recover after her surgery in Ft Worth and this place was the perfect place to relax and heal! “We had a lovely stay. Place was clean, and had everything we needed. We had a great time with the pool tables football and hot tub. We even played some tennis across the street with the rackets that Henry provided. Check in was super easy and Henry stayed in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. “This little houseboat was so cute. Everything worked as expected. It was so romantic to be able to sit on the back of the boat and fish all night with my wife. Everything was perfect. Everyone we meet was so nice. If I had only one recommendation if you stay on this boat, take you a bed topper or something, it wasn’t a very thick mattress. The second night we slept a lot better. But we will definitely be back. I think this is going to be a favorite place to spend time and making memories. Also……

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements.
