“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“This place is great, when we first pulled in wasn't too sure about the neighborhood, there were a couple of older homes that are being renovated. Wasn't sure if there was going to be any nose. Our concerns were placed to rest after first night. This is our first VRBO rental that has a garage that is fully functional and you can park in with a garage opener. This was an added bonus. It was a bit cold for the fire pit and hammock, but we would have taken full advantage. The location was very convenient to the freeway into Fort Worth. And, the inspirational scriptures always added joy to our day.”

We had a few extra family members come out to shoot, fish, cook out and have smores, i let Jimmy know that and he had no problems with that.
