Room access with elevator literally just a few feet away from reception was great as my husband is dealing with a leg injury. Room was clean and well kept, only change I would have loved, the lighting for the desk table was not up to par. I needed to work , thankfully I usually travel with a small extra lamp.”

“Overall, had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, but the age of the building combined with the poor weather conditions were causing more and more issues. One of the elevators felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. This also happened to be on the side of the building with the severe roof leak. The side door which lead to the "scary" elevator also appeared to lock properly, leaving it operable even at night.”
