“Pulled up and garbage all over the front. Opened the door and smell made us gag. Hair all over bathroom so we left and did not stay. Horrible area of town, property is disgusting”

“Perfect spot for our summer family reunion ... half from the East coast, the rest from Ohio. We enjoyed swimming (yes, the pool water was cold but super refreshing on hot days), fire pit, spacious kitchen for cooking, breezeway with extra ovens and refrigerator. The big living room was fun for family games and just hanging out. Gorgeous views, loved the sound of the stream nearby. "Trail" goes up to a meadow, but looked like it had not been mowed, so will say with other reviewers that the trail……

“Hidden Valley has been our spring trip each year. This is the second year at this location. It is by far the best choice. First, Mark is a great host. He communicates all information needed in a timely manner and follows up with answers to any questions. The location of his place provided the perfect "home base" for our group. A group hiked the trails in Linn Run, L.Hill, and other trails. Others fished the local trout streams. We used it as launch point for Ligonier, F.L.Wright related sites.……

“Finch House is a wonderful property. The location right beside a stream is peaceful. All of the light switches are labeled!! That is a level of detail much appreciated. The entire aesthetic of the home was perfect. I coild have sat for hours outside on the patio or the sheltered shed porch. Thank you John and Kathleen for such a pleasant stay. “Our family had a wonderful weekend here of playing games, pool tournaments, and football. We loved the cabin vibe at this property. It is very spacious, incredible views, and close to the resort. The driveway is a little tricky if snow covered. We found that it was probably best not to attempt until it was salted even with 4WD, but the owner quickly had plow truck come and clear for us. My only complaint would be the mattresses/pillows could be upgraded in some of the rooms. ”
