“We booked this property because of space, location and hot tub/ pool. When we arrived after long day of travel the hot tub was unusable because of prior renters. Although property was inspected we had to report the issue with hot tub. Management responded fast but we had to wait til next day. Pool person was fantastic! Nice space to hang out!! ”

“This townhouse is in the center of Springdale across the street from a grocery store and near many restaurants and shops. Only a 2 minute walk to the shuttle. Townhouse is well stocked and really clean. Awesome view of the mountains from back deck is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We would totally stay here again and highly recommend. One note: hot water runs out if everyone showers at same time of day or when doing laundry.All in all a great place to stay. ”

“Very quiet, private home with amazing views and plenty of opportunity to experience “dark sky”. The home had everything one would want in a VRBO and we were impressed with the cleanliness. So glad we stayed here instead of closer to Zion. Easy drive and non of the chaos!”

“We LOVED our stay at this house!!! There were so many appreciated amenities, coffee KCups, tea bags, sandwich bags, foil, spices, some canned goods, coolers to use, storage containers for leftovers. Plenty of towels, dish washing supplies, shampoo/conditioner, throw blankets, extra bedding. I don’t think there was anything we needed but couldn’t find. Plenty of silverware and plates/dishes, glasses, mugs. This location was perfect for our visits to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks, and also……

“The house, a duplex, was easy to find and check in. Communication was great as I had a couple of questions upon arrival. Location was less than a 10 minute walk to SUU as we came to attend graduation. Historical Main Street and local shops were also in walking distance. The house was newly updated with nice carpet and updated bathroom. Heat and air conditioning both worked just fine. The reason for four stars in cleanliness is that some of the dishes were not very clean like pan lids and stem……
