“The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s totally updated and clean. The host leaves water, coffee and a few snacks which do very sweet. Paul the host responds quickly to any questions you have. I agree with previous reviews it would be nice if all the windows had shades since it’s a busy area. It’s not the greatest area but truly safe and the neighbors were friendly and a few yummy bakery’s in walking distance. Our only surprise was there was no oven just a stove top which limited……

“The unit was clean and perfectly spacious. Check in process was easy and the accommodations were great! The unit was conveniently located to the college and downtown. Communication with the management team was always quick, efficient and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend!”

“This apartment in a 4 unit building with its own parking lot was on a quiet street. Easy to get to no matter what side of the city I came from and close enough to walk to downtown (6 blocks) and half a block off the famous Little Italy street for food and cocktails and then brunch and coffee in walking distance in the mornings too. The unit had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and bath, shared laundry. Great mattress and pillows! Easy keypad entry. I’d stay there over and over again!”

“Great experience. Very close to a lot of downtown restaurants and Bridgeton. 10 to 15 mnutes from the beach. Lots of added special touches and amenities. Great job by the host.”

“My sister and I came to New Haven for the Cherry blossom Festival. I was presenting as I'm a wildlife educator specializing in birds of prey. My sister came from Florida.The festival was cancelled due to weather. But we still had an amazing time! Because of our adorable Flat smack dab in the middle of everything. We explored New Haven. “This property was very clean and spacious with many closets for storage. The beds were comfortable and there are separate heat pump units in each of the bedrooms and the main living area. There are many restaurants close by.It's on the third floor so there are 2 flights of stairs to climb.”

“The host never gavevus access to the place, we had to find our own last minute arrangements, truly awful. VRBO was awesome, we filed a complaint, they attempted to contact the host with no response so I got a full refund. Be careful.”
