“Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. “Close to Westville shopping, Yale athletic fields/stadiums, events at SCSU, or a short drive or bus ride to downtown, Beaver Hill is a great neighborhood. I rented this property for overflow family in town for a wedding. The house is very clean and nicely appointed. While I would have like to see some cooking equipment (we're a family that likes to cook), I believe the owner has addressed this concern. “Just what my four legged companion and I needed. Great location, very quiet neighborhood and close to everything we could need. The host is on property so if there’s anything you need they are not far away. Very clean and perfect for one or two people. Would gladly stay here again. ”

“This property was quite cozy and clean, with all the amenities one could want. The decoration was very cute and the location was amazing, especially for 4th of July since the beach is right outside. However it is important to note that the beach is rocky, not sandy, and gets quite shallow so it’s not the best for swimming. Nearby walnut beach and silver sands beach are both great for swimming. We never saw the upstairs neighbors and they were very quiet.”
