“This was our first time using VRBO. The kids oohed and ahhhed as they discovered all the fun decor and unique items used to decorate the apartment. The green and gold accents made it feel very upscale and yet it was if every need had been anticipated. The apartment was spotless and super clean. The proximity to the convention center was ideal and made it so the kids could take breaks easily whenever they wanted. “Most of our stay was very nice. A few inconveniences: noisey occupant in apartment above (footsteps sounded through ceiling), cheep & thin toilet tissue, cleaning fee did not include emptying trash.”

“The check in process was easy. I chose this place bc it had off street parking (no additional cost). The interior was clean and tidy but still comfortable like a home, not sterile like some hotels can be. The neighborhood was also so cute, it reminded me of a movie or something. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds total and the couch. Used the TV; Max and Netflix were available. Really enjoyed my stay, I’d stay here again.”

“We had a great weekend and loved the set up of the two condos joined by that hallway. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all basic supplies we needed. Units could def use some updating- couch super worn in one of the units,, drapes and bed skirts look sloppy, could use new carpeting, but didn’t really affect how great our weekend was!”

“This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. The unit was 2 almost identical units next to each other with a central door. We closed the main door and left the unit doors open so family could walk……

“If you’re looking for a clean, secure spot in the arts district this is it. Street noise in the morning is a thing, but if I needed to sleep past 7:30 earplugs worked just fine. ”

“Everything went well with my stay. There were no issues with the room or the staff. There were a few inconveniences. Parking was frustrating. There is nowhere to park without having to pay via app. And you have to do so every 24 hours. Not too big of an issue. The location was the main issue. On several instances when leaving the building I was asked for money by a few of the "locals" that linger around the building and in the general area. I was kept up in the evening by these same "locals" who……
