“Thanks Holly and Andrew and Lauren- we got to relax. Your location off the Taconic was 17-20 miles from everything and everywhere on our list. It was an easy drive to friends near Albany and Chatham offered lots of restaurant choices and shopping with independent business owners-just like small town America used to be. Conservation area right down the road and beautiful drive to Great Barrington via Hillsdale or Rt 71 to Egermont. Country setting away from the summer crowds at Great Barrington……

“Simply loved the property! Enjoyed relaxing on the porch and sitting by the waterfall. Location was central to other sites we wanted to visit, too! We lost power overnight in the storm but made it work. Owner kept in contact with us and even started working on alternatives for us! Ran to get batteries for the lantern the house had and ice for the cooler to save our food! A few more candles and flashlights would have been great, but otherwise, a gem! Thku for your hospitality!”
