“The room was spotless and a perfect fit for our needs.”

“Room was comfortable and clean. The Inn is beautiful. We went to the Lions Den both evenings and had a drink and listened to live music. We couldn’t get a table at the restaurant but there are other good options in walking distance. The only disappointment was that the fireplace in our room was not working. ”

“This charming hotel was one of our better stays. We enjoyed the room, the open areas and breakfast. This is a historic style hotel with beautiful, older wood floors and doors, narrow stairs, and small windows - all charming and the bathroom, while small, had the best shower. The staff was very helpful and fixed a check-in snafu quickly. Parking is at a premium, especially in the mornings but there is an overflow lot adjacent to the house. Loved our stay!”

“Clean modern place in town, good value. Room on street side was a little noisy at night, ask for back room if light sleeper. Restaurant was not good value. ”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed……

“We loved staying in Williams Inn! The property was beautiful, the lobby fireplace a warm welcome from the frigid trip that took us there, and our room was very nice! The Barn restaurant had great food and drinks and I enjoyed being in the company of so many Williams College students and professors/parents.i would definitely stay here again!”
