Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. “Lucas's property on Lake Laurel in Lennox was perfect for our familty getaway in the Berkshires. The house layout (4 bedrooms with two on the first floor and two on the second) really suited our needs as we had two adult couples and an infant. It was stocked extremely well which enhanced our visit and experience. The property is situated right off Lake Laurel in a very quiet neighborhood but less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Lennox which has numerous dining and shopping opportunities. ……

“Modern and extremely clean. Every amenity worked and was in great shape. We used the fire pit, grill, kayaks, canoe, and hot tub without any problems. Well stocked kitchen with place settings and extra spices etc. Super easy check-in. And host quickly responded to any questions. Everything was perfect!”

“We wanted a three day getaway where we could make our own breakfasts, walk to a great restaurant for dinner, spend time hiking/walking in nature. We got all that (recommend dinner at The Station, a leisurely 5 minute walk from the townhouse), and much more! There’s a great bakery down the street - be sure to get a monkey bread muffin - decadent and delicious! Jeff and Melanie were terrific hosts, warm and welcoming, made sure we got good tips about local hiking. The town house was as advertised……

This house had that, you just can’t walk anywhere from the house, or take a walk bc of the road it is on. It is clean and well-appointed. Mattress in one bedroom is a bit wobbly, but other beds comfortable. So great to be able to bring dogs. It is not directly on a lake(have to cross the road), but does have easy access that is a 5 minute walk to a sweet little private beach with nice……

“This house is a lovely space for friends to gather. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining tables both indoors and outside were large. The living room has a large sectional couch that fit us all comfortably. The place was very clean , with nice linens and excellent beds and pillows! There were a few problems.
