“We loved our stay. We reserved this tiny home last minute after a bad experience at another place and were really happy with it. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, very clean and put together nicely. We enjoyed the hot tub which is a short walk down the road from the house which has a beautiful view of the lake and night sky. We will book here in the future. The host is responsive and excellent with communication and follow up. Highly recommend. ”

“This place is in the perfect location. We were not familiar with Tennessee prior to this trip. The building could be spotted from far away for us to easily get back to it when we were out. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely return. The unit itself was so cool. Very clean and we loved the industrial feel. Pictures do not do it justice. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and helped us through ”

“My husband and I lived in Knoxville for several years, but moved away shortly after having our daughter. We decided to take a quick spring break trip to let our kids experience Knoxville. It was fabulous! First of all, the apartment is directly across Gay Street from Cruze Farm’s Downtown location. We had ice cream each night! While the beautiful, spacious kitchen in the loft is an absolute dream, we didn’t really use it. We walked to a new restaurant for each meal. Our kids loved that……

“Very disappointed in this property. Considering how expensive it was I was upset to find-an empty liquor bottle in the room my kids stayed in-closets with no doors on it-Dish-ware with food remnant in the cupboard-an empty linen closet with no blankets-stains on the couch in the living room-food stains splattered on the wall by the garbage canI reached out to the host as soon as we got there but there was no resolution and poor communication. Upon checking out, we saw somebody had dropped off a……
