“This is an amazing place to vacation! We give it 5 stars! Here’s the pros and cons:Pros:- Beautiful view of the mountains- Hot tub on the deck with a mountain view- Central AC!- Dog friendly!- Very, very clean!- Full kitchen- Laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom/shower soaps and towels provided (it was sooo nice to have laundry on site)Cons (but would not keep us from booking again):- No campfire area :( - No yard space for dogs- Up a very steep and windy road, but needed to get that Mountain……

“This was a geeat place for our family of 6 plus our dog. It had everything we needed. Location was fantastic, close to attractions, shopping, and dining. Beds were comfortable, lighting was goid, and plenty of space. Seating in the main living area was slightly lacking, but wasn't a problem since our teenagers spent more time in there rooms anyway. Highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again. ”

“We have three adults who come to at least one UT football game each year, and we have explored various hotel options. This time we tried this property from VRBO, and it was perfect. It was spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to the game. Also, it was nice having all of us in the same location.”

“Great location. Great communication. Town house worked out great for 3 couples. Not the best for people that have issues with stairs. Main level is ok for ones that don’t get around up and down with stairs. We were ok with all our family. Close to two grocery stores and all the attractions in pigeon forge. Would stay again. ”

“This is an awesome place to stay! We loved the location in the Old City and the decor and amenities were so great. We were happily surprised with the size and layout of this place. Wish we had stayed longer!”

“We had a great stay, the property was perfect for us to stay at while we moved our daughter into the UTK. It was super clean, easy to access. I was a little suspicious of the area it is on the end of a transitional area but it was fine and had a security system. Very convenient to the University and restaurants ”
