“We loved everything. King size bed very comfortable, and the big tub in the bedroom was roomy and clean. Great location and, beautiful view of the mountains from the back porch where the hot tub was clean and ready to go - we used it almost everyday. The kitchen was just big enough. Recliners in the den very cozy. In summary, the whole space was comfortable, efficient and clean as a whistle. We will be back.”

“This cabin and location was exactly what we wanted for a get a way. Perfectly located near Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park you will have plenty to see and do if you decide to venture out. “The stay was great, we had an issue with one of the mattresses being split, however the cleaning crew brought one the very next day. I was appreciative of their quick response. I loved the cabin and felt all instructions were very clear, the cleanliness of the cabin was my main concern. The cabin could use a good dusting, floors felt greasy like they needed mopped and the sheets didn’t feel clean. “This place is so beautiful and so friendly! The building we stayed in was only 2 weeks old so everything was new! We needed extra blankets and all we did was text and it was at our door! "The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area."
