“Our extensive family included several toddlers and new babies, so the ability to assign rooms to individual families was important to us. The listing was accurate and accommodating. The manager / owners answered all of our questions, and there were many ahead of our stay. We are so grateful and this being our first family impression of the area is very positive based on our lodging experience. “The views are spectacular and the sunsets are not to be missed. We looked forward to seeing the colorful sky every evening. The pool is simply fantastic, especially for families and children. Our kids enjoyed both the big and little pool at the house. This was a nice way to spend the day after the hustle and bustle of downtown Pigeon Forge. “We stayed with my parents, two young adult nieces, and two young boys. The river is beautiful and loud. Be aware that the river is not a place to play in right in front of the house. The house is beautiful and comfortable- everyone has plenty of space. We’ve stayed in many vrbos and this has been our favorite. I will say this, not as a complaint but be aware, there’s some stairs and slick surfaces. Not necessarily a place for people with knee or stability issues. But for everyone else, it’s the……

“This place was very comfortable & spacious for our family group of 11. Everyone had a great time & we really enjoyed the week we had. Its about a 20 minute drive into town. Several hair pin turns so be very careful at night. Most of our outings were during the day. We wanted quality time for the family and this place provided that. The downstairs area was perfect for the two older grandsons. It has the pool table, movie room & living area with pull out couch & full size refrigerator. Tanger……
