“Wanted to grab a place in Jersey City as a place to crash before and after a birthday party. The place was spacious, had everything we needed, central air worked like a charm and plenty of blankets and pillows. Check in and check out was a breeze and the dedicated parking space was super convenient. Would highly recommend!”

“Exactly as listed, upon arrival we unloaded and went right to the city. The next morning we noticed there was only one coffee cup and no dish drainer. The host was contacted and within no time new coffee cups and the dish drainer was bought. The host was very easy to work with and allowed us in 3 hours earlier than allowed. Highly recommend a stay here”

“Het contact met Peter verliep heel prettig en het appartement was erg mooi en schoon. Een hele mooie uitvalsbasis om New York te bezoeken. We hebben genoten. Ook de voorzieningen in New Jersey (winkel, restaurant en markt) waren prima. Fantastisch verblijf gehad en we bevelen deze accommodatie zeker aan.”

“L'appartement était conforme aux images et à la taille annoncée (75m2). Nous sommes arrivés, le ménage était en cours, (gênant mais pas grave). Du coup, ils se sont un peu trop pressés. C'était pas terrible.Mais le propriétaire a été très réactif et ça n'a pas duré. Il a aussi été très sympa et arrangeant pour l'heure de départ.Facile d'accès en Path, l'entrée à l'appartement est facile. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés globalement la location tous les 5.On aurait aimé pouvoir fermé le puis de……

“Good place to stay for buget minded travelers .”

“Place was nice and clean. We had an issue with stairs and host got it fixed quickly. If renters don't tell the host of issues found they won't get fixed. Host was great getting item fixed.”

“Overall very satisfied with the exception of the air not on when we checked in and extremely hot and we did not have wash cloths. All minor issues, but worth mentioning.”

“The house was nice. It was clean with updated furniture. However, there were no wash cloths and only one bath towel per guest, which we washed every other day. The listing stated that all essentials were provided. There is no body soap. The kitchen has a few pots but no baking dish. There were gun shots every night. The scenery is dirty with trash outside every day. We requested the address 5 days prior to our stay, but it was not provided until the day before. We may have canceled if we were……
