“A historic gem! The love and care put into this place shows at every turn. The apartment feels updated with modern conveniences while respecting its historic charm. The clawfoot tub is a dream and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics you’d need. The location is so walkable and Matt was such an excellent communicator that if you needed a thing, he’d respond within minutes. My older mother and her friend stayed as well for a class reunion at the Tacoma yacht club and had no trouble……
