“We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. Although we didn't use it, there was a garage we could have parked in. Check in went smoothly and communication with the Owner was easy. Check……

“It's a nice apartment, cheaply but competently renovated. There were cobwebs around when we arrived but otherwise it was clean. The beds are VERY nice, extremely comfortable which is so important. My biggest gripe, something not demonstrated in the listing, is the fact that the property directly borders an actve train teack, and when i say it's right outside I mean it is RIGHT outside. I was kept up the entire night one of the nights of our stay because of a pair of trains stopping and starting……
