“The house is beautiful and has a great view of the Hollywood Hills. It’s new and clean. My husband always wanted to stay in this area and we can cross this off the bucket list. The drawback is the narrow road and parking. I don’t think even a small car could fit in the garage as there isn’t room to open the doors. We had a small SUV and had to climb out the trunk. After we parked on the street, but it’s hard to find parking and it’s dangerous getting in and out as the road is so narrow and cars……

“I arrived at the property and there was noone there. Mind you I had paid 110 for a Lyft to get there. I had to find other arrangements in Castaic which cost me more money. I finally got my money back. Please dont book this property. ”

“We had a great stay at this property. The location is fantastic for exploring LA, and it really can't be beat if you're going to Universal. The street parking was never a problem - we got a space within a 1/4 block of the house each time. The host provided extremely detailed and helpful instructions for everything - much appreciated! The house itself is, as other reviews have noted, more "vintage" than "luxury" - "dated" is not inaccurate. But the price is totally reasonable for what you are……

“This property is very nice and seems to be in a nice neighborhood. The only challenge was checkin. The host required multiple proofs of ID before sending a checkin code after we were already at the property and after already going through additional steps of completing a host-requested additional form to validate the VRBO ID process, which we had done days in advance. We waited for over an hour outside the property for a reply to our code requests and then, once we received a reply, we still had……

“The rooms lighting is not good enough. There have some lighting out of function. Meanwhile, the floor is not clean enough. Lot of dust on the floor. ”

“A quiet, attractive little apartment in a nice neighborhood, with a comfortable private courtyard. The host lives on the premises and was quite attentive and responsive.”

“The condo was very clean and nice and the proximity was perfect. Beds were a bit hard for our tastes but we all slept just fine after a long day. Owner was great and very responsive helping us navigate some noise issues with neighbors. Overall great stay and we had a good trip. ”
