The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard.

“Brooke, our host was very easy to message and she replied with in a very short time. When we arrived the house was hot. T-stats turned up or off because no one was staying there. Makes sense, but there are 6 separate AC units. A breaker was tripped in the panel box and no lights in the kitchen, and the receptacles did not work. "We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations.
The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience.
Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
