“The apartment I stayed in was not what was shown in the photos. The underground garage parking was nice and the air conditioning worked great. But I did not expect to spend every morning at the Starbacks a block away, because the apartment had no coffee maker, coffee, tea, or mugs. No hair dryer either.”

“I’ll try to make a long story short. I had numerous communications with the host prior to our reservation and multiple exchanges with host during our 7 hour drive to LA. Upon arrival we got to the door of the unit and the host said he would send someone to let us in. A few minutes later the host sent a text saying there was a water leak and the unit was not available. We informed the employees in the office at building and they sent the maintenance staff because they were concerned about a leak……

“Stayed at this location to be close to Universal Studios and a few other destinations around LA. Was surprised to see that it’s close/walkable to Thai town, where we enjoyed several good meals. The apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was good for check-in and check-out. We did have an issue with the garage fob not working during our stay and it was remedied with a new opener when we reached out.”
