“We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend paying for the parking because parking is not easy to find. This location is perfect to get to everything you would want to do. “Stayed at this location to be close to Universal Studios and a few other destinations around LA. Was surprised to see that it’s close/walkable to Thai town, where we enjoyed several good meals. The apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with the property manager was good for check-in and check-out. We did have an issue with the garage fob not working during our stay and it was remedied with a new opener when we reached out.”

“Great location! Walking distance to Warner Bros Studio and grocery stores. Short drive to Universal Studios, the Hollywood Sign and Rodeo drive. The only thing we had difficulty with was the temperature on the shower. The diverter valve likely needs to be replaced. But we managed! Bed and pull out sofa mattress were comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful! Kyla was a responsive and great host and we greatly appreciate her sharing her property with us! ”

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood.
